Book of Remembrance

If families would like the name of a relative entered into the Book of Remembrance which is on display in the south transept of Holy Trinity, then please write on a slip of paper (printed preferably) the name, date of death and age at death then insert in the appropriate page.

The details will then be transferred to the book.

Please note this is not something that is done automatically after a death, it relies on the family to supply the details as outlined above.
